Answers Before You Pick Up the Phone
We come to you. ApexPro is a fully mobile service with no drop-off location. A technician arrives at your address with tools and the parts that fail most often already on board.
We hold same-day and next-day appointments across Los Angeles, and refrigerator faults get priority because food loss is on the line. Call (323) 740-2901 and we will give you an honest window rather than an optimistic one.
The diagnostic fee is $50 for a standard in-home visit. The technician finds the fault, explains what has failed and quotes the repair, and nothing goes ahead until you have approved it. Walk-in coolers are $125 because the system is usually on the roof and takes longer to check, and commercial refrigeration is $85. If you can send photos and the model number we will often diagnose it over the phone and give you an estimate free, usually in under 10 minutes.
Sub-Zero and Wolf are the specialty, and we also service Viking, Thermador, GE Monogram, Smeg, Bosch, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, GE, Kenmore and Maytag. If your brand is not on that list, call and ask.
Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 10 PM. The late finish means a repair does not have to cost you a work day.
It depends on the unit and the fault, and we will tell you honestly. A built-in is generally worth repairing well past the point where a budget freestanding unit is not, because replacing a built-in means cabinetry work too. Once we have diagnosed it you will have the number in front of you.
