No. ApexPro is an independent appliance repair company and is not manufacturer-authorized by Thermador or any other brand. We service Thermador equipment regularly and we say plainly where we stand, because it is a reasonable thing to want to know before booking.
First that the burner cap is seated squarely, because these caps are easy to knock out of position when cleaning, and second that there is no spillover or moisture around the electrode. Those two account for a large share of the calls. If it still will not light, the electrode or the spark module is next.
Yes, including panel-ready integrated models. Drainage faults, poor cleaning, door latch problems and leaks are all routine work, and the custom door panel comes off and goes back on properly.
