Answers Before You Pick Up the Phone
That split is a useful clue, because it means the sealed system is doing its job. Rail temperature usually comes down to airflow at the rail: an evaporator fan that has stopped, a blocked air path under the pans, pans sitting too high, or a lid that is left open through service. All of those are ordinary fixes.
More often than most kitchens expect. A condenser in a hot, greasy line environment loads up quickly, and once it does the compressor runs hotter and longer than it was designed to. Regular cleaning is the single cheapest thing you can do to keep commercial refrigeration out of trouble.
Where we can, yes. Our hours run to 10pm every day, which covers most kitchens once the dinner rush has cleared. Tell us your service window when you call and we will schedule around it if the timing allows.
Yes. Glass-door display cases and back-bar coolers are regular work, including door heater and condensation problems, lighting failures and cabinets that cannot hold temperature with the door being opened constantly.

Commercial refrigeration diagnostics are $85, against $50 for a standard in-home appliance and $125 for a walk-in. The fault and the repair price are given to you before any work begins. If you can send the model number and a few photos we will often get you an estimate over the phone for free, usually inside 10 minutes.
