Built-in work needs a different approach to a freestanding unit, from accessing the condenser at the top of the cabinet to protecting custom panels, and our technicians are set up for it.
On most modern refrigerators the fresh food section is cooled by air moved from the freezer evaporator, so a warm fridge with a cold freezer usually points to airflow rather than refrigerant. Common causes are a failed evaporator fan motor, a defrost fault letting frost block the evaporator, or a damper that is stuck closed. A technician can confirm which it is in one visit.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, and we will tell you honestly.
