Answers Before You Pick Up the Phone
We will tell you. Once the fault is diagnosed you get the repair cost, and if that number is close to what the machine is worth we say so plainly rather than taking the work. A pump or an igniter on a solid machine is almost always worth doing; a control board on a fifteen-year-old budget unit often is not.
Yes, $50 for a standard in-home diagnostic, and you are told what the visit and the repair cost before anything is agreed. What we will not do is start work and present a number afterwards. It is often free instead: if you know the model number and can send a couple of photos, we will diagnose it over the phone at no charge and usually come back inside 10 minutes.
Our hours run to 10pm every day and 9am to 10pm on Sundays, so evening appointments are genuinely available. Tell us the window that works when you call and we will fit it where the schedule allows.
