Oven Repair
Oven Repair Across Los Angeles
An oven that will not reach temperature, runs fifty degrees out, or throws a code before it preheats. We test the circuit properly and quote the repair before we start it.

Ovens rarely fail all at once. Far more often the temperature drifts, one element stops carrying its share, or a fault code appears at preheat and clears when the unit cools. Those are the symptoms worth acting on, because a control board that is being asked to compensate tends to fail next.
ApexPro repairs built-in wall ovens, double ovens and range ovens, gas and electric. Wall ovens in particular need care on the way out of the cabinet, and we plan the access before anything is unseated so the surrounding cabinetry is not marked.
Signs It Is Time to Call
- The oven will not heat at all, though the display lights up
- Food cooks unevenly, or takes far longer than the recipe says
- An oven thermometer reads well off the set temperature
- A fault code appears during preheat and clears once it cools
- The door will not close square, or heat escapes around the seal
- The broil element works but the bake element does not, or the reverse
Why ApexPro
Why Homeowners Call Us for Oven Repair
Calibration, Not Guesswork
We measure actual cavity temperature against the setpoint before deciding whether the fault is the sensor, the element or the board.
Built-In Wall Ovens
Single and double wall ovens pulled and reseated carefully, with the cabinet opening protected throughout.
Gas and Electric
Bake and broil elements, igniters, safety valves and temperature sensors, tested individually rather than swapped in hope.
Price Before the Work
You get the fault and the cost first, including a straight answer when a control board makes the repair uneconomic.
How it works
A Repair Without the Guesswork
- Step 1
Tell Us the Symptom and Any Code
Fault codes are specific to the brand and often identify the circuit before we arrive. Read it out when you call.
- Step 2
We Come to You
Same-day and next-day appointments across LA, with temperature sensors, igniters and common elements on the truck.
- Step 3
Diagnosis and Upfront Price
We test the element circuits, the sensor resistance and the control, then explain what failed and what it costs to put right.
- Step 4
Repair and a Real Preheat Test
We do not leave on a hopeful reading. The oven is run up to temperature and checked against the setpoint before we finish.

Questions
Answers Before You Pick Up the Phone
Usually yes, and usually inexpensively. A drifting oven is most often a temperature sensor that has gone out of range, and on many models it can also be corrected with a calibration offset. We measure the real cavity temperature first so we are correcting an actual error rather than a guess.
Codes vary by brand, but a code that appears at preheat and clears when the oven cools usually points at the temperature sensor circuit or an element drawing incorrectly. It is worth diagnosing early, because the control board is being asked to work around a fault it was not designed to tolerate.
Yes. Double wall ovens are common in the kitchens we work in. They are heavy and the cabinet opening is unforgiving, so we plan the access and protect the surround before anything comes out of the wall.
Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. Control boards are among the most expensive parts in an oven, so on an older unit the sensible answer can be replacement rather than repair. Once we have the diagnosis we give you the number and you decide with real information.
Same-day slots are available across Los Angeles on a first come, first served basis, and next-day is usually straightforward. Call (323) 740-2901 for the earliest realistic window.
