Not really. Monogram refrigeration is genuinely built-in, the cooking equipment is pro-style, and the parts are specific to that line rather than shared with the mainstream GE platform. That is why we ask for the model number rather than just the brand.
When one zone holds and the other does not, the sealed system is almost certainly fine, because a refrigerant fault would affect the whole cabinet. The usual causes are a failed evaporator fan for that zone, a damper stuck closed, or a thermistor reporting the wrong temperature to the control. All three are ordinary repairs.
No. ApexPro is an independent appliance repair company and is not manufacturer-authorized by GE Monogram or any other brand. We service GE Monogram equipment regularly and we would rather answer that directly. If your appliance is still inside a manufacturer warranty period, the authorized route may serve you better.
Sometimes, but not usually first. A unit running non-stop and still losing ground is more often a condenser choked with dust, a condenser fan that has stopped, or a door seal letting warm air in. We check those before touching the sealed system, because they are far cheaper and far more common.
