Yes. Dual-fuel units pair a gas cooktop with an electric oven cavity, so the two halves have completely separate failure modes. We diagnose them separately, which matters because a fault code at the oven tells you nothing about the burners above it.
Continuous clicking means the spark module is firing but ignition is not being confirmed. The usual causes are a burner cap sitting slightly out of position, moisture or spillover around the electrode, a cracked electrode, or a failed spark module. The first two are quick fixes and we always check them before quoting a part.
No, and we would rather say so plainly. ApexPro is an independent appliance repair company that specialises in Wolf equipment, but we are not manufacturer-authorized by Wolf or by any other brand. If your unit is still inside a manufacturer warranty period, the authorized route may suit you better.
A persistently yellow, lazy flame means the burner is not getting the air it needs and is not burning cleanly, so it is worth attending to rather than living with. It is often a blocked burner port or a cap out of alignment. If you can smell gas as well, shut off the supply and call us straight away.
