Answers Before You Pick Up the Phone
When one zone holds and the other does not, the sealed system is almost certainly fine, because a refrigerant fault would affect the whole cabinet. The usual causes are a failed evaporator fan for that zone, a damper stuck closed, or a thermistor reporting the wrong temperature to the control. All three are ordinary repairs.

Sometimes, but not usually first. A unit running non-stop and still losing ground is more often a condenser choked with dust, a condenser fan that has stopped, or a door seal letting warm air in. We check those before touching the sealed system, because they are far cheaper and far more common.
