No. ApexPro is an independent appliance repair company and is not manufacturer-authorized by Smeg or any other brand. We service Smeg equipment regularly and we would rather answer that directly. If your appliance is still inside a manufacturer warranty period, the authorized route may serve you better.
Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. Control boards are among the most expensive parts in an oven, so on an older unit the sensible answer can be replacement rather than repair. Once we have the diagnosis you get the number and decide with real information.
