Sub-Zero and Wolf come from the same manufacturer and are specified together in most of the kitchens we work in — refrigeration on one wall, the range on the other. When both need attention, sending one technician who understands both lines saves a second appointment.
The two do completely different jobs. Sub-Zero is refrigeration: built-in columns, integrated drawers, under-counter units and wine storage, most of it running dual refrigeration — two separate sealed systems in one cabinet, which is why a unit can lose the fresh food side while the freezer carries on normally. Wolf is cooking: dual-fuel and all-gas ranges, sealed burners, infrared broilers and built-in wall ovens.

Yes. That is the main reason this pairing exists. Tell us both faults when you book and the technician arrives expecting to look at both, with the common parts for each on board.
A standard in-home diagnostic is $50. If you send photos and the model number first, a remote estimate is free and usually comes back in under 10 minutes.
Common parts, yes. Both lines use components specific to the manufacturer rather than shared with mainstream brands, so anything less common is ordered against the model number and you hear the lead time as part of the quote.
