Often yes, because these are heavy, serviceable machines and a built-in is joined to the cabinetry, so replacing it usually means cabinetry work as well as an appliance. What we will not do is take on a repair we think is throwing good money after bad, and we say so once we have diagnosed it.
On most modern refrigerators the fresh food section is cooled by air moved from the freezer evaporator, so a warm fridge with a cold freezer usually points at airflow rather than refrigerant. Common causes are a failed evaporator fan motor, a defrost fault letting frost block the evaporator, or a damper stuck closed. One visit normally confirms which.

If your appliance is still inside a manufacturer warranty period, the authorized route may serve you better.
Sometimes yes and sometimes no, and we will tell you honestly. A built-in column is generally worth repairing well past the point where a budget freestanding unit is not, because replacing a built-in means cabinetry work as well as an appliance. Once we have diagnosed the fault you get the repair cost and can weigh it yourself.
