Viking and Thermador both build a complete pro-style kitchen — refrigeration, ranges and cooktops, wall ovens, dishwashers and wine storage — and both turn up constantly in Los Angeles homes fitted out in the last twenty years. A kitchen is often one brand throughout, which means one technician can usually handle everything in the room.
The equipment is heavier and more powerful than mainstream appliances, and the components are specific to the manufacturer. Viking professional ranges and built-in refrigeration columns, Thermador Freedom refrigeration and Star burner cooktops all have their own control boards, igniters and sealed-system layouts. Treating one like a mainstream unit is how the wrong part gets ordered.

No. ApexPro is an independent appliance repair company and is not authorised by Viking or Thermador. We work on both lines regularly and quote every job before starting it, but we will not claim an authorisation we do not hold.
Usually, yes. Both manufacturers build the whole kitchen, so if the range and the dishwasher are the same make, tell us both when you book and the technician comes prepared for both.
A standard in-home diagnostic is $50. Send photos and the model number first and a remote estimate is free, usually back in under 10 minutes.
Common components are on the van. Anything model-specific is ordered against the serial and model number, and you hear the timeline as part of the quote rather than after you have committed.
